How do I book a session?

Super easy—just fill out the contact form or message me on socials. We’ll have a quick chat, check availability, and go from there!

What’s your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, just give me at least 12 hours’ notice. If it’s less than that, the full session fee still applies—just helps keep things fair and consistent for everyone.

How do you track progress?

We use a really handy training app that keeps track of everything—your workouts, weights, reps, and even syncs with MyFitnessPal if you’re using that too. It’s all in one place so you can see how far you’ve come.

Do you provide nutrition guidance or meal planning?

I offer general nutrition tips to support your training, but I don’t create meal plans. That said, I work closely with an amazing nutritionist if you ever want more in-depth help.

How often should I train?

It depends on your goals and schedule, but a good place to start is 2–3 sessions per week. We’ll build a plan that fits your life—not the other way around.
